Description
This digest ease tea blend is formulated to help support digestion during the winter season. Due to the cold and holiday season, there is a tendency of consuming more heavier, greasier foods as well as a tendency of moving less, thus, sometimes creating slower digestion. This formula is warming as well as helps move stagnations along in the digestive tract with a slight citrusy, sweet and sour taste.

SPECIAL NOTES
- If you are currently taking digoxin, Chinese Hawthorn Berry has been shown to interact with this medication.
- If you are taking any diuretic medications, it is best to avoid consuming cinnamon twig as it can increase elimination of water and/or electrolytes.

Packaging and Sizing
Each tea bag is pre-packaged into compostable tea bags and dosed accordingly. There are four sizes of tea bags for purchase - Medium, Large or two Loose Leaf sizes. Each size relates to how many tea bags are placed within each bag relative to the bag size or the amount of herb per gram for loose leaf.

Product Sourcing
The tea blend is sourced from Mayway Herbs and Spring Wind who source from farmers in Mainland China, Taiwan and the United States. All herbs are either certified USDA organic or Premium-grade which means they go through rigorous testing to ensure that there are no pesticides in those herb batches.

Our Cancellation Policy States That:
- All sales are final on herbal products.
- If, for any reason that you need to cancel your order, please email info@acknowledgewellness.com. Cancellation requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If a cancellation is granted, the purchaser will receive a full refund for their canceled purchase.
Our Return Policy States That:
- All product sales are final and currently, Acknowledge Wellness is not accepting returns.
- If there is a problem or issue with the order received, please email info@acknowledgewellnessllc.com and we can discuss further and come up with a solution that works best for you.
Shipping costs are calculated using a fixed price for both first class and priority mail. This also includes the handling fee. First class shipping is $7 while Priority mail is $11.
There are two choices of shipment: First Class and Priority Mail.
In person pick-up: We are offering in person pick-up this year. If you are living in the Seattle area and would like to pick-up your order in person to avoid shipping costs, we have an in-person pick-up location at Restorative Healthcare in Shoreline where we do our in-person and virtual herbal consultations. If you select this option, we will send an email once the order is complete and ready for pick-up with a time window to pick-up your order.
Due to being a small business, orders are processed throughout the week as they come in and we process and pack your order once it is placed to ensure the quality of the herbs are freshest as they are stored in tight-sealed jars.
Upon purchase of your product(s), you will receive a series of two emails. The first is a receipt of your order and the second is the shipping or pick-up confirmation. This information is to let you know that your order has been sent out or is ready for pick-up.
Once shipped, if you chose your purchase to be sent first class, expect between 7-10 business days for your shipment email for it to be delivered to your door while for priority mail, expect between 3-5 business days from the shipment email to be delivered to your door.
Due to Covid-19, there are delays in shipping so please be patient. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days, please email info@acknowledgewellnessllc.com.
Herbal products fall under the category of food and supplements which requires charging sales tax.
The sales tax is based on my location from the state of Washington. This sales tax in the state of Washington is 6.5% and local tax is 3.8%, totaling 10.3%. Our sales tax is already added into the cost of our products so that there is no additional fee added when you complete your check-out.
