Grief Through The Seasons is a 21 Day Journey exploring our relationality between grief as we move through each season. Within Chinese Medicine, each season represents an elemental phase that's associated with a specific emotion.

In this seasonal journey, we will be exploring the water phase associated with the winter season and our relationality between grief and fear. The winter season is a time where Yin is the most abundant compared to any other year. This abundance of Yin can relate to the imagery of the void where darkness represents infinite possibilities, unknown mystery and fear.

Each week, we will be with three land forms associated with water (cave, ocean and well to understand how we relate to grief and fear while gaining an understanding of embracing the void within and around us. Through guided meditations, daily body check-ins and ritual practices, we can gain deep insights into our relationship with how grief and fear presents itself so we can process it for self-understanding and to connect with others in their own journey of grief tending.

This particular series was created during the passing of my uncle, someone who is very near and dear to my heart and is dedicated to him.
